Donald Trump Jr. and girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle purchased a $9.7 million lavish mansion in Florida earlier in the month. They reportedly procured the home at a bargain, with their property agent Rob Thomson telling People magazine that they were “anxious to move in.”

The house is located in the exclusive gated Admiral’s Cove in Jupiter, about a 20-minute drive away from Mar-a-Lago. The six-bedroom, 11-bathroom home spans over 11,000 sq. ft. and boasts a host of luxe amenities and decor.

The property has a swimming pool with a private deck, a cutting-edge kitchen with high-top seating, a bar, fitness area, massage room, large wood-paneled office with built-in bookshelves, and built-in grill.

The home was originally owned by Sheri B. Nelson, co-owner of the Hagerstown Suns baseball club, and was put on the market in 2017 with a $19.9 million price tag. It failed to sell at the original price, and was finally sold to Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle at the marginally lower amount.

The couple relocated to Florida about three months after leaving New York City following the 2020 election results, the New York Post reported. Donald, Melania, and their teen son, Barron, are living at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach.
