Representative Ilhan Omar, D-Minn had just recently issued last Sunday night an encouraging endorsement of the presidential candidate Bernie Sanders on his electoral rally in Williams Arena, Minneapolis.

According to her statement, she says there is a need of a "mass movement of the working class" to end current Donald Trump’s presidential term and help end “Western imperialism.”

"Here in Minnesota, we don't just welcome refugees -- we sent them to Congress," Omar stated, and met with applause. "Right now, achieving that universal dream feels more out of reach than it ever has in my lifetime."

Blatantly ignoring the usage of the US President’s name, Omar also continues on: "The current occupant of the White House likes to talk about making America great. But, every action, and virtually every word out of his mouth, is an attack on the very values and ideals that make this country a beacon of hope for me and the people around the world."

Before the blazing rock music echoed throughout the arena of the University of Minnesota event that night, Omar happily shouts: "I am excited for President Bernie Sanders!"

Omar’s endorsement to the presidential candidate Bernie Sanders has been a break from the rest of the Democrat’s delegation of state, another wherein which Sen. Amy Klobuchar's endorsement campaign had been more moderate in comparison. It also remains in continuity with the other rival’s campaigns, Joe Biden and Elizabeth Warrens’.

"I am proud to stand with the son of a Jewish refugee who survived genocide," Omar continues on, referring to Sanders. "The acknowledgment of pain and suffering is personal for both of us. The fight for human rights is undeniable. And when we recognize injustices of the past and present, whether it is genocide against Jewish people, Armenians or Rwandans or Bosnians or Native Americans or more."
