Jenna Jameson Shares Before & After Pics Of Butt On Keto; Do You See A Difference? (Photos)

Jenna Jameson has some photos she can’t wait for you to see. They depict a transformation of her body that she is very proud of. After she gave birth to her now a nearly-two-year-old baby named Batel, the star has been working hard to lose the baby weight. In the process, she has turned to the keto diet and has exercised a lot – and on Monday, she shared a before and after photo that reveals just how much work she has done on her buns.

Jameson, 40, was extremely proud of her hard work and the results that have been hard-earned. Although they did not come easily, they were undeniable, which made her extremely pleased. In the photo, her “after” picture looks much more toned and taut, especially when examining the difference between her backside.

“I cannot stress enough the importance of taking before pics,” she wrote as the caption for the Instagram picture. “I hated seeing these pictures until I started seeing progress.”

Jameson was so happy to share her journey into a fitter lifestyle with her thousands of followers on Instagram. She also wrote:

“SO, if you are beginning your journey or even thinking about keto please take my advice and take jumping off pictures!”

Because Jameson’s results speak for themselves, she has a few recommendations for anyone looking to transform their bodies and their butts.

She encouraged you to stop eating “garbage processed food” like what you’ll find at McDonald’s or Chick-fil-A and encouraged her followers and other people eager to jumpstart their new body revelations that you should also alert “your family that the household is building healthy bodies.”

Jameson made a name for herself during an illustrious career as an erotic model. She has since moved on from that lifestyle but continues to model for her fans on Instagram. Jameson credits her dramatic results to the keto diet and to intermittent fasting. She has reached her weight-loss goal and just wants to maintain the taut body she has earned through weeks of hard work.

Many people including celebrity fitness trainer Jillian Michaels and registered dietitians have slammed Jameson’s keto diet because they believe it is not a sustainable lifestyle choice.

“Your cells, your macromolecules, are literally made up of protein, fat, carbohydrates, nucleic acids,” Michaels explained. “When you do not eat one of the three macronutrients, those three things I just mentioned, you’re starving yourselves.”

Brigitte Zeitlin is a registered dietitian. She spoke to Page Six about the hazards of Jameson’s keto diet, claiming that it is not a safe path to take because it is “not sustainable for long periods of time” and will likely result in a massive gaining of weight once the diet is dropped.

Whether or not the keto diet works for the long term, Jenna Jameson is happy with the results she has right now. Perhaps it could be an adequate solution for people who are looking to shed weight fast and then switch to something else when they’re ready to maintain their new bodies.
